I have been using FS since early July and have observed the sense of community among the members and finally decided to come out of the shadows ☺️
Brief recap of dieting history -highest weight 260 with nearly 90 pound lost 20 years ago and have kept off with the occasional swing here and there
Bad lipid profile so mostly vegan and I’m lucky I love to work out - rowing/bike/lifting/yoga
