Okay, I realize it does no good to lie on this thing but I did on my last 309 weigh in (june 27). At that point I just clicked the weigh in now button and moved on. At that time I weighed 319 pounds and was not really in the mood to deal with this site.
I have radically changed my diet. I've dropped a good deal of the pasta from it and have been eating a lot of salad, mostly a knock off of a salad I enjoy at a local eatery. Its mostly lettuce with onions and green peppers and a little shredded mozzerla (sp) and a boiled egg and raw tomato wedges. Its a lot of food and I'm a big guy even without the weight (6'4) and it fills me and I am never hungry. I've been doing this for a week and according to the same scale that gave me the 319 two weeks ago I am as of this morning 306. Still high but it'll take some time. I've never been a salad guy but this stuff rocks and I think I can keep it up.
