My diet consists of low carb, sugar and fat. High on Protein. My calories intake is less that 1200 but eat throughout the day. How do I do it? Well I have weight loss surgery. A gastric sleeve on Dec 2020. I only have 20% of a stomach; the size of a tennis ball if you will. This however is not a crutch but a tool to help me keep on track with my health.
