Forgot to log this morning I had my first cheat meal yesterday my weakness McDonald’s I only ate two bananas before it so I wouldn’t go to far over my calories for the day I got 3 double cheese burgers and a large fry and a can of zero sugar monster to wash it down 1800 calories later and I absolutely hated it it didn’t taste good after the first bite I tried to force myself to enjoy it and didn’t want to waste it it made my stomach hurt and all the salt made me very very thirsty I was mad because I thought/wanted To enjoy it but I didn’t I guess this is a good thing though

Thank you for this post. It goes to show that much of our fantasy and obsession with food is in our head. Our bodies want good nutrition but the brain wants pleasure. Very often what brings pleasure to the brain, pleasure in excess, makes our bodies sick and weakens our spirits.
