This week I have Lipid labs & doctor's appointment to go over the 3rd & final results of the Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB) diet experiment. LDL is at 105 currently, and I'm aiming for 70.

Since I'm back in diet mode, I'm just going to go for my original goal of 118. I was maintaining at 128 for a year, which is nice, but lazy, and there's clothing (size 2) in my closet that doesn't fit yet. Figure Thanksgiving with consistent cardio.

This journal is about me, not about anyone else reading it. For those with a competitive personality, you'll probably understand the positive & negative motivating pep talks, enjoyment of the hard work and focused mindset required. We don't pat ourselves on the back for finishing a marathon -- we want to push and best our previous time.
