Something about the unstructured days of the weekend that is so hard for me! I did not get up early enough to make it to the gym before I gave blood. The Red Cross gave me cookies told me not to exercise! :) Later in the day, I decided to take the dog on an extra long walk, since I wasn't to work out. Well, about a quarter of the way through the long walk I had planned to take, I started to feel light-headed. We made it home safely, but I was just wiped out.

I went out with some friends for dinner. I did not eat the best things, but I tried not to eat too much of anything. After dinner, I was feeling a whole lot better overall.
