This has been a good week I have really tried hard I lost so much weight last year and then something bad happened in my life in August. I started drinking again, after being sober for 6 and a half years. Eating bad foods and not exercising. After my holiday in Brighton in August and my birthday I decided enough was enough. So here I am again started smart hoola hooping again, water, walking more and watching my calories. I have dropped a lb this week I think I don’t want to get on the scales again until tomorrow
