You most likely got a lot of water holding on after your eating spree :) I'm sure it'll drop back just as fast as it jumped up as long as you get back on track!

My friends were talking about going to a buffet. I said I can't go for at least another 2 weeks. I just pigged out over the weekend. I need to get back on track before I jump off the boat another time. I love walking!
