It has become harder and harder to not munch on random stuff throughout the day. I am trying my best to mindfully eat and address the mental aspect of why I want to eat. I want this to be a lifetime change. I have been here too many times. Lose 50 gain 60. I have had a few non scale victories that I celebrate. I went to McDonald's for my kid and didn't order anything because I realized I was not hungry. I really wanted a chocolate bar so I ate a couple little pieces and tracked them and walked away. Weekends are still very hard but I trying and that counts for a lot.
