I really fell off when I got COVID. Not being able to taste made me want to eat everything so I could get the satisfaction of food, but it never came. Luckily, that didn't last too long and I used it as an excuse to eat like crap for a while longer. I'm back to it this week, and I'm feeling better already! I'm actually excited for the gym today!!
