Back from hospital - 5 months of pain and bleeding and painkillers, so most things are sorted ( hopefully ) but the constant pain relief has caused partial liver damage.

Need to start eating right which is going to be challenging , most my muscle has gone after 5 months of literally not being able to do anything. blood sugar is borderline and blood pressure is up. very tired but going to try hard as i start recovering.
