Been out of pocket a few days as I've been busy at a conference. Wasn't going to track, but thought better of it and did my best to reconstruct the last couple of days. Eating on the road is not my favorite thing. Some folks are strict about their diets when traveling and prefer to not eat rather than stray, but I choose to make concessions. Not all has set well, especially the 4 veggie egg roll dinner last night (my meal of shame). Plans for a real dinner at a decent restaurant fell through and I wound up making do with the vegan options at a reception, which were the egg rolls and a few garnishes off the giant plate o' meat and cheese. Good news is, I haven't been overeating and I've not worried about "wasting " food by not consuming the entire plate of the oversized restaurant portions. Mercifully, I go home after lunch. I've done too much traveling these last few months, and I'm ready to just be home for a while
