ive been eating really well for the past few days tonight is the 3rd day of lower carb eating and my heartburn is gone!!! The only problem this week im facing is loneliness. Im single and plan on staying that way but the past couple of days its been warm and pretty outside and I feel really alone!, I cant shake it. My kids are there and maybe im just bad but there is a void that they just cant seem to fill. :( I really hope this feeling passes soon! I feel shitty!

Agree with Glen. Remind yourself that every day is another day...this too shall pass. When I'm having a down spell I just really encourage myself to get up tomorrow. The thought of tomorrow and a future always brings hope. If you don't have any buddies on FatSecret, search out some. I've found the relative anonymity of the boards can be quite freeing for many of us, even with our names and pics floating out here. :)

Sometimes you can feel lonely even when surrounded by people. When I feel lonely, I often seek out people that can make me smile. This might be a phone call to a friend or just chatting with a friendly someone at the gym. I like Glen's suggestions about getting involved in something that you believe in and you might form some new friendships with the folks there. Remember that there are people here on FS who wish you all good things.

OH My missy you're not bad at all I watch my youngest daughter suffer from not having a fellow at her side ,, when she has gotten on they were not good in the long run ,,, do ya have any lady friends ya could fellowship with <3 I noticed my daughter has often helped women out that are a bit younger than her and has literally let them move into her home helped her and them get them on their feet ((( NOT RECOMMENDING MOVING SOMEONE IN FOR SURE )) I have seen it help her and them any who Im saying a Prayer for you today that the Lord will fill ya with his Joy and hope for the future God bless your heart raising kids alone has got to be very hard may the Lord give ya extra blessing for what your doing <3 support groups can help too or make one if ya can't find one <3 I Have started a few not hard to do with so many needs out there <3
