I was in a really good deficit Saturday and went for a 4 mile walk (and felt amazing), but my mom came over Sunday and we made pork cutlets in mushroom gravy with potatoes, corn, and dinner rolls and I couldn't help myself.
I'm not going to beat myself up, but I need to really refocus this week and hit it hard. I've been gaining and losing the same 5ish pounds since I started, which is frustrating, so I need to be doing something different. Hopefully, I can figure it out soon.
