Ate too heavily yesterday, and just don't wanna eat this morning, so not gonna. I've been stressed, sick, anxious and exhausted in various ratios over the past three weeks, and it's got me all discombobulated. And depressed, which I'm finally beginning to recognize. Slowly getting life a little back on track. My office fall fitness challenge started yesterday, so I'm hoping that snaps me out of it. Don't want to let my team down!

Hope you feel better soon! I have had neuropathy off and on for months. Waiting to see a specialist on the 24th. Taking a half muscle relaxer off and on to get by. In the meantime, I am feeling all those ways as well so I can relate. Truly sorry you feel this way and hope not for long!:)🌸

Are the leaves changing color yet in your area? Sometimes embracing the new season and its smells relaxes me. Cinnamon, decaying leaves, burning wood — all worth taking pause. 🧡

Just to be safe, be sure and get plenty of B12 and folate in. Especially with what you have been through lately. It's important for someone on a plant based diet. When I was a vegetarian I wish I had labs drawn for vitamin and mineral levels. Things might have been different for me had I known to do that.

Good advice, JustBananas and LivinBreezy. I'm taking off work at 3 on Thursday to get up to the hills and see the aspens. They change so rapidly this time of year. On Saturday, some of them just glowed. Beautiful! I'm debating whether I need my husband to haul out my therapy light again. I had hoped I wouldn't need it, but I'm beginning to wonder. In the meantime... the smell of cinnamon and wood fires sounds lovely!

That's a great idea, Morticia. I'm not 100% vegan and I do take B12 and methyl folate daily, but it probably wouldn't hurt to check. I'm getting a blood draw at the local health fairs tomorrow, and they do offer a B-12 and folate test, so I think I'll go for it. I don't think insurance will cover that one, but I'll consider it $45 well spent. Thanks for the suggestion!

I use aromatherapy and cinnamon, inspired by JB's suggestion, is drifting around the room. Try it sometime, it's passive, requires no energy just go about your day.

I agree to get it checked. Mine was low a couple years ago. Started supplement and now I tested high. So good idea to keep check. I didn’t expect to be high.

Fall moving in to winter is often difficult. The less daylight doesn't help. I read people crave more sugars in the winter to try to improve their moods.
