I'm going on nearly 2 weeks of steady tracking. There's certainly some guesswork involved, but I think overall I'm in the ballpark on calories. Yesterday I put in an hour on my treadmill & did a little jogging with the walking. Still thinking about the Go Girl half marathon, but I need to be up to a 10K at least before I sign up for that. Managed to hang on to my weight loss through the weekend, which is always a success. But I'm going to try for a 3 lb loss this week, I think it's doable if I stick with the meal plan & keep calories down. And keep up the exercise, of course😅 Well I've got some housework to do, time to get busy!
