Tired today, but I did my workout this morning. Now, I just need to keep my eating in check and I'll be good. Last night I carbed out, we had biscuits with turkey sausage gravy and I ate way too much. We also made a dessert for my husband for father's day Sunday and I'm hoping he eats the rest of it today, because I've been eating that too and it is definitely not a healthy choice. Today is not going to be good for my motivation, all I want to do is sleep. Yawn...:@
