OK its official I'm yoyo dieting! Well tomorrow I'm going to start with Atkins shakes. One for breakfast and a Berrie almond milk smoothie for lunch ( or vice versa) the trick comes with dinner cause being vegetarian on any plan is hard. Eggs and cheese get old after a while!!!! But I'm going tyo have to buckle down and get creative with these recipes on here and make sure my calorie intake isn't to low! (We all know that isn't sustainable). Well here's to a new beginning! 😡
