Just in case anyone makes the same mistake I did, there are 60g in each of the 3 microwave bags, one bag is not a single portion, you're meant to split it up. I misunderstood at first and underestimated how many calories I was eating :').
I have brought a microwave silicone popcorn bowl off amazon for a tenner and it's way cheaper in the long run and means no oil is needed, so it really brings down the calories. It also has never burnt my popcorn which happened a lot with the microwaveable bags! But without oil, seasoning like salt doesn't stick to the popcorn, so I sprinkle a little water on them and that makes the salt stick!
