Got told by my ex this past weekend that I still look the same, I know nothing, and have lost no weight. When In fact, I have lost 13 lbs.
also my gym friends say they can see my progress. Im not the best about tracking but I’ve been eating real clean this week and have seen major improvement. I know what I need to do and I am going to start taking this reaaaaal serious. He’ll never be able to comment on my physical appearance again.
