I was watching this BBC Documentary today it was very interesting and gave a lot of good information on dieting. I realized i was doing most of it unconsciously but it's nice to have some interesting scientific data to confirm my methods. The best part is that the whole documentary is on Youtube. I thought i would share it with people here and hopefully it will help someone on their weight loss journey.
