So I did this laser treatment thing. Not sure how it works exactly but I figure, why not? can't hurt anything right. I went with a friend of mine who went for treatment on a bad knee. The lady who did it for us dabbles in lots of less popular treatment methods and is brand new to this whole laser thing so doesn't really know much about it. So far things have been going well. I notice that at first the cravings for junk went away completely. And I get full sooner than I did. My only problem is that I work in a group home and for three days at a time don't get to go home. Eating healthy at home is fairly easy but its at work that I struggle with. I've lost a few pounds. I put on a pair of shorts that were too small last summer which was awesome. The exercise I've been doing is probably helping too...Just sick of being chubby....
