Another 800 g loss for the week overall with a little dip upwards in the middle of the week so I am very happy with that loss. Loss of size on right side of my body, neck and waist. Excellent. Left sides slightly up but had adjustment this week with homeopath and another vertebrae twisted, but only one this time plus hip inflamed. That also explained the weight dipping up a bit then dropping. Also B12 supplements are not agreeing with me so I will stop them. So all of that makes sense too size wise with the release of inflammation. Reminder to always look at the big picture and stay focussed. 😉

In other news, I see the surgeon this week. Yeah. Bye bye dodgy knee. 🥺😱
