Shrewdness you were quite correct. My second planned fast for the week ended at about 20hours. Maybe 23ish, quite honestly I don’t really time my fast. I start a week with “planned” fasts but from there I go by how I feel. Not by hunger because I pretty much ignore that but when I run out of energy I know it’s time to eat.
A pound of chicken and frozen stir fry gives me pretty good macros and are about the extent of my cooking abilities.

Russell, there are great apps for fasting, LIFE and ZERO. I was so good about using them and could eat whatever I wanted when I had my window to eat. It kept me from snacking at night and I lost weight really well. I need to start back at it.
You’ve done so well, doesn’t it feel great? Have a great night. I am a bit pooped. Just finished munching on SkinnyPop, even though it’s only 100 cal I shouldn’t snack at all at night. Here’s to a great tomorrow. 👍☀️

Thank you the app suggestions. Yes it feels great. I would prefer to be at goal instead of halfway but there aren’t any barriers to getting there. I have been up and down in eight over the years but this is the first time that I have really addressed how and what to eat. Makes this feel permanent. It’s a great feeling. Off to work enjoy your day
