I did finally try out a yoga DVD I had picked up ages ago but it was the wrong one for me. Too basic and the host was really annoying! I agree with you that it's a great way to destress and tone up but it's so important to fit the style that fits your personality. I'm going to look for the one you're doing because you seem so energized by it and that's what I want. My favourite DVD is the old 'Buns of Steel'. Now that is a hardcore butt and thigh workout! I'll start doing it once I've established a routine with the yoga and pilates. Try to look for an old copy on eBay. I think you'd have fun with it. When I say hardcore, I just mean that it really works those areas, it's not hard to follow or overly advanced. And I love the outfits from the 70's and 80's!
