Hey everyone, I’m Leah☺️
I have about 30-40 pounds to lose after packing on some extra fluff following a few major surgeries so here I am. My fiancé doesn’t mind so much, but my joints sure do. 😆 I have 2 kids and face a lot of challenges but I can no longer let that be the reason why I can’t be the best version of myself. I’ll be the first to admit, I’m terrible at remaining consistent when it comes to logging and staying on track. No more excuses!

Tips on logging - I know I'm going to drink about 4 cups of coffee so I add them to breakfast and Save the meal. Do the same with everything you eat often. Every morning start your day logging your "Givings" you know, the things you always eat or drink in the day. You will find a lot of inspiration here to help along the way. You made the first step, yay you! Glad you are here.

Welcome aboard! This is a great place to be! Get a small food scale. Cheapy thing works fine. I also bought extra measuring cups and spoons at the dollar tree so if one or two are dirty, I still have a clean one! Weigh or measure absolutely EVERYTHING! Log it all even when over! It gives you a great record of how and where you have been successful! Best of luck in your journey! ..... oh..... and drink water like it's your job!!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

Welcome! I do the same as Imalittlelessfluffynow. I also use " most eaten" when logging coffee etc in morning. It does make it quicker.
