Went WAAAAAYYYYY over on calories yesterday, so today we'll be pulling the count DOWN! I've decided to extend the diet through Wednesday because of a little weekend weight gain. Really, considering how stressful the weekend was, it's amazing the gain was as small as it was! Of course, Thursday is Thanksgiving & not only am I making the traditional pumpkin pie, but my daughter asked for apple pie as well. Seems her boyfriend isn't a fan of pumpkin, and naturally the hubby is all in favor of apple pie. Two pies for 4 people seems a bit excessive! At least we're not having the dreaded green bean casserole this year, hate that stuff! Roasted broccoli & carrots instead, and maybe a bit of zucchini for me!
