Alright folks, so here’s my story… I need some advice and maybe a kick in the pants! Definitely a kick in the pants!!!
About 10 years ago I was on weight watchers. I started at 236 and dropped down to 165. 15 pounds away from my all time goal weight! I might my now husband, became a step mom to two beautiful boys. I got cocky, stopped going to meetings and thought I knew what i was doing. I tried doing it on my own without the program. The weight piled back on. I know, I’m a fool!!! I’m now 240 the heaviest I’ve ever been. I turn 40 in 3 months and have a history of high blood pressure. To be honest I’m too old to care what I look like. I’m scared and just wanna be healthy again. The real reason why I was able to take the weight off was my mother. She would cook for me and we had a very specific routine.
