Yay Tuesday!! Worked out yesterday, workin' my way up to a steep incline since I think we are doing a 10K over the Mississippi River Bridge aka Crescent City Connection on Labor Day. We've done a race over the Mississippi River, over the Sunshine Bridge, but the CCC is the major bridge that connects the east bank to the west bank. I drive over it every day to get to work downtown. Anyhow, it's supposed to be a sunset race and done in the evening. Other than that, I am going to do some work on my arms/shoulders today + some cardio (treadmill and elliptical) also when I am upstairs and not sure what part of the body I will work tomorrow yet...lol! We don't have a lot of weight machines up there so I am trying to find good exercises with the other tools we have up there, dumbbells/free-weights/medicine balls/steps/rope, etc. Other than that---I think I have a butt load of meetings today...I'm afraid to look at my calendar...well one I know is starting in 30 min. so I gotta get moving!
