P90X kicked my butt!! Did Plyo for the first time yesterday. Wow, that was a workout! I hope I get better at it eventually, but I took it kind of easy for now because I have achy knees. I was pouring sweat by the end of it and today was Shoulders & Arms w/Ab Ripper, so my whole body is feeling the burn now. I'm going to be worn out.

plyo is definelty hard, your stats are awesome. great job. I fell off the month of june sorry to report. I am still working out but not at the intensity that I was doing. When i get back from vaction- I will bringing it again-lol.
