My daughter has started her wt loss journey. Seeing her determination and new success has stirred a motivation for me to get started on my wt loss journey. I'm currently 190# and have a big goal. I will start with small steps first. Today I plan on sticking to my suggested 1800 calorie diet. Plan on walking today if even for 15 minutes to start. I wish myself much success.
