This morning I am back. I was doing well with 17-18H IF between July and September and lost a few pounds. Then, I started exercising and ramped up too quickly- got a herniated disc. Finally recovering and doing light strength training. Want to lose weight and get fit and stick with the IF 5 days per week! 💪😁💚
