Today is another one day challenge that includes the following goals.
1. Stay under calorie total 2. Continue with 16:8 IF 3. Stay under 10% for carbs 4. Walk 10,000+ steps 5. Be a positive and loving influence to everyone I interact with today.

I met 4 of the 5 goals. I needed 4,000 more steps. I need a “punishment” if I don’t meet all five goals tomorrow. Any ideas?

Punishment? Not sure I think that's a good idea. In the spirit of the season how about doing something for a neighbor that could use a hand instead. Trash cans, shovel snow, etc. That way you end the day feeling good.❣️
