I’ve been doing intermittent fasting too. I always struggled with the idea of it until I was watching a Tik Tom and the person on the video said they fast from 8 pm to 8 am, and that’s when I realized nighttime counts too. Lol!!! For some reason that made it so much more manageable (overeating is SUCH a mindset). So now that’s what I do, the 8 to 8 thing. If I’m not hungry, then I let it go for a while, but by noon I eat, even if it’s a really small meal and then I eat dinner. I’m not doing keto, but loving the fasting. I’ve kicked sugar (for the most part), started eating more vegetables, and the weight is starting to drop off.

Thanks for the feedback, vanessa892. Intermittent fasting is easy and really makes a big difference. My eating window is 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
