I’m at 110kg & I will not close 2023 year end as an obese woman. I though Keto will be smooth sailing with all the delicious meals I see from your profiles. Yesterday cheated complimentary hot chocolate and a small cup of ice cream. I could not take feeling light headed, thirsty even when drinking so much water, cranky, constipated and tired. The only good thing this far is I sleep well over 7 hours now. The food is too much. Please help - any advise will go a long way. I don’t want to give up after just a week of trying to change my life
