fbs 159 A little stiff today ... I guess from the walking. Can't wait to do it again today honestly! The weather is really cooperating nicely. I still am not feeling the wonderful weight loss and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong as this is my week #4 with low carbs.I'd like to have a crystal ball to see how this all turns out but I am not stressed at all about it...really, I'm just happy that my health is in better control. If I'm supposed to be this size forever, well, then I guess that is as God wants it!! Happy Monday folks!! :)
