I was away before Christmas in Africa and lost 5lb. I put it down to eating Healty. Lots of spicy African food 🍛, rice🍚, wonderful sauces 🍲, smoked fish, chicken🍗, veggies🌶️🥕🥬🧄 and fruit. My downfall back in Blighty is peanuts and crisps. Fingers crossed the 5lb stays off 🤞
