My Son hopefully joins the Army in September and I don’t want to be the fat dad on his pass off so my son has started his fitness journey and so have I
Joining Gym next week as I didn’t want to join straight after new year it’s a false start for me thought I’d give myself a week to sort out my eating and drinking plan. Gonna be a long walk everyday for about 1hr and 40 mins in gym 3 days a week and a 5k park run/walk on a Saturday

Wish you luck indeed and do not give up! Have you checked with doc's if there are underlying condition? 800kcal per dray are draconic tbhut may work if body adjust. Just keep calm and carry on! ;)
