It's HUMPDAY!!! Now, can I get over this weight loss hump?? I just don't understand...I've cut out ALL the junk I was eating that totaled in excess of 3500 calories a day and over 350 carbs. I'm down to approx 1400 calories a day (give or take some days) and in wonderful control of my carbs. Still, barely a weight loss!Why? Why? WHY?!!! Didn't get to walk yesterday as the Heavens here opened up to make GOOD way for the May flowers---they better be some gorgeous ones! Today I am having chicken and berries for breakfast...strange combo but I wanted meat this morning. Coffee coming right up! Today I will get my walk in again and hopefully take it a little farther because I missed yesterday. Just keeping on! That's all I can do--one day at a time! fbs 161...pm bs 121.
