This was my breakfast today: Spinach with onion and garlic, scrambled eggs and... Avocado Smoothie!! True!

I am a Brazilian and in Brazil, we drink that smoothie all the time. It takes milk, avocado, and sugar (I used a sweetener instead). You should try it. Use an avocado as a guinea pig... you will love it! Balance avocado vs milk to not be too thick (I like to drink it instead of using a spoon) and make it as sweet as you like. Enjoy!
