Around 350 calorie breakfast with 30g protein

1. 200g of Trader Joe’s 0% fat Greek yogurt
2. 1tbs chia seeds
3. 15g pb fit powder
4. Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Mix and refrigerate over night.
Top with choice of fruit in the morning.
I did half a banana and a handful of wild blueberries.
