Sorry to hear about your depression. Many of us struggle with it. I know diet and exercise help me a lot. I don't like the side effects of psych meds. They can worsen your depression but are necessary in some cases. Therapy can be hit or miss. It is important to find the right one who specializes in your issue specifically. This can be difficult and insurance makes it even more challenging.
