We have SO. MUCH. FOOD. How is it we keep buying stuff & putting it in our freezer? We're literally running out of room, you'd think we live in remote Alaska or something, LOL! (Yeah, I've been watching some of those shows.) Anyway, time to get cooking. I've planned out about 5 dinners for the week, mostly quick & easy stuff since I have to be at work at 5pm. That means breakfast at 8, lunch at noon & dinner around 4pm. And yeah, I need to start tracking again.... Anyway, today's a busy day but hopefully I'll squeeze in a quick workout after lunch.
