Good morning, I have decided as of tomorrow I will weigh self daily in the morning so I know how much I should eat for the day and exercise. I know this sounds maybe a little crazy but a number will make me think before I put something in my mouth. Now about last night intake of the food I took was not good tooo much popcorn with butter and salt, then pizza plus 4 hot wings. I did the popcorn myself which I am mad about. I ate it because I was mad at my husband because he said he would take me on a date and didn't. He got me pizza and wings. So I am a little mad at him but I could of said know to the food. While today will be a should be a better day. I be back later tonight. I am back, I still do that well eating way to many calories but I am happy that I walk with my dog today in the morning. Later on I want to the gym Ya now I think its is time to start other diet that I will stick too. I am thinking of doing weight watcher on my own, I tried for the last 15yrs so I now what too do its just I start losing I somewhat scared does that sound crazy. But now I have to do something about this because of my health. So back to Weigh Watcher. Wish me Luck
