Time to get back to healthy eating! I ate a lot of junk this weekend, but now I'm focused on eating better. My whole family probably got annoyed with me all weekend saying, "that has a lot of carbs", or "that has too many calories", but that is my way of trying to keep myself from eating more junk than neccesary. I didn't even record my foods, partly because I wasn't home and partly because we had so much just nibbling and not meals that I didn't know how to record everything. Oh well, I'm done with the weekend and now onward. Hoping everyone has a great week!
