I have tried apple cider vinegar in water. Ugh! Will try it with the extra spices. No, it can't hurt to try unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Tried to drink apple cider vinegar a few years ago and just could not do it.
Will stick with present plan, however, if I get stuck for more than 3 weeks, would probably hold my nose and try it again. LOL

Don't over do it if you decide to try. I know a nurse who got ulcers thinking more would be better. Olive oil and cider vinegar can be pretty nice as a salad dressing. Add a little artificial sweetener maybe.

I'd try it. I drink ACV in water daily... just a tablespoon in 8 oz :)

make sure you use the apple cider vinegar with mother. it is the most beneficial. I tried using it but didn't seem to notice any difference

Nope. Tried it for acid reflux as it was suggested as a natural remedy and I couldn't get it down.

I can't make the ACV toddy yet, because I don't have any lemon juice. Maybe I could add use lemon pepper. Draglist, I need to compare your concoction to the ACV toddy. I suspect that yours is hotter and spicier. :)
