where are you mate? how is it going? I already failed with my plan to hit the gym twice before my holiday, because last night when I went, I had to turn around and go home because it was so crowded that it was physically impossible to exercise in there :/  

You haven’t failed you just haven’t achieved what you wanted but think of a few nice romantic walk while on holiday these will all count towards your weight loss and just be careful what you eat you’ve got this chick

Yeah walking 45 minutes everyday weight training every other day eating well not had to have snacks since 28th dec just eating and drinking right lol who knew it could be so easy Are you going anywhere nice on your holidays? 

@pablo0789 might be simple, but it's definitely not easy, lol. So, well done for sticking with it 🙂👍 Going to Serbia, to see my grandparents and few other family members.. Didn't see them since 2019 thanks to covid. Still have a few friends there too... It's gonna be nice to catch up with everyone.. I'm just worried about keeping up with my current regiment since there will be no time to excersise and food is a huge part of their culture.. everywhere you go they want to feed you 🤣😂 they also have amaaaazing sweets 🤤 It will be moment of truth in a week's time when I'm back 🫣 I managed to squeeze gym session in today, so at least one before I'm off ..
