Happy Friday the 13th Peeps! 🌞🌛 Tough week for me weight wise, struggling around that 'decade' mark to get and stay in the 150's from the 160's. Still sticking with my food and exercise goals so it slowed but it did budge finally yesterday. Today a small drop - I'll take it! I'll def. feel more comfortable when I see sustained progress. Being stuck is tough. Cheers to everyone for being here, for making the effort and taking those baby steps when the big steps seem to keep alluding.
