Sorry guys I just went away from here awhile. I just felt like I needed a break. Didn't help me any. I just got tired of counting and logging and constantly thinking about what I was going to eat or do.Do you just ver feel you need a break? But I'm back and ready to start all over again. Had to gonna bp meds so its butt kicking time. Will weigh today when we get home. If most remember e drive a truck. So please I need help I need you guys to kick me in the butt and get me motivated.

I'm glad you're back. Get your hiney here and I'll boot it! I missed you. I started my diet over again. I decided to put in the new weight and get back on the train. I wasn't logging before but now I am. (for the past 2 days) I'm on day 3 and I think I'll make it this time. Determination!!! {{hugs Tonya}}

I absolutely hate the logging part. I get real frustrated when I can't find what I need. I would rather be shot but gotta do something done now. Thanks for responding back.
