Today was a good day :) Administrative Professionals Day...of which I am one. The guest speaker was a Clean Eating Counselor---go figure!!! She was amazing and I walked away knowing that I am doing the right thing. God is always right on time!! The supervisors always cook us a delicious meal and today was no exception...steak and bacon wrapped scallops with a yellow squash, cucumber and onion mix. I was in Heaven!!! Ate more than enough and amped up my protein for sure. Skipped the dessert in honor of my hard work---which, by the way, was deep fried Oreo's and Ice cream Sundaes. Really very proud of myself and don't feel like I missed out on a thing! JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!! :)
